Join us for our multi-week, adult wheel throwing workshop!Instructor: Sarah Iannetta
Learn the basics of wheel throwing, and create your own bowls, pots, and more! Only 5 seats available per session!
Classes are perfect for both beginners & students with some experience. We will cover all of the basics needed, including centering, pulling up walls, trimming and transforming clay into a variety of shapes.
You can anticipate learning to throw mugs, bowls, lidded vessels and chip and dip plates (success rates may vary for each individual).
Course includes instruction, tools, clay, glaze, and firings.
You can expect to create and glaze (paint) between 6-8 final pieces that you will take home after they have been fired. Pottery is expected to be ready to pick up roughly 2-3 weeks after the last day of the course.
Class is every Friday from 6:30-8:30 pm starting February 7th
