The UK dub heavyweight brings his groundbreaking sound to the underground in a live show at Max Watt’s. Producer, remixer, and undisputed patriarch of the British record label/dub collective On-U Sound. Since the late 1970s, Adrian Sherwood has been using the low end to bust open new ground—developing a cult-like following via his experiments in dub, reggae, punk, post-punk and bass music.
Basically, he’s capable of finding deep, groovy shades of dub wherever he looks. At RISING, he’s coaxing it out downstairs with a live band at Max Watt’s—where the vibrations have nowhere to go but through you.
