This unique, all-levels puppy yoga class in Denver offers the perfect mix of movement, mindfulness, and mission. After your flow, stick around for a relaxed social hour to cuddle pups, chat with fellow dog lovers, and maybe even find your future furry best friend.

In partnership with VFW Post 1, we’re proud to offer free yoga classes to all VFW and Auxiliary members, supporting their wellness and creating space for connection within our veteran community.

Kids welcome! This is a fun, safe, and inclusive space for the whole family to enjoy yoga and bond with puppies.
