Individuals with ADHD often struggle with executive function skills. This includes aspects such as time management, prioritising, breaking tasks down, getting started, and completing projects. It is also important to manage frustrations and self-doubt when faced with challenges.ADHD WA is offering a 2-part group workshop that aims to help individuals boost their productivity.
This workshop will help equip you to:
✅ Manage events in your calendar/planner
✅ Increase motivation and wellness
✅ Use a to-do list to keep track of your tasks
✅ Improve prioritisation
✅ Manage strong emotions and unhelpful thoughts about tackling tasks
✅ Learn how to break projects down so they are more manageable
