ADHD Support Group for Adults

Learn strategies, coping skills to create any actions and change you wish to make in your life, personally and professionally. Plus learn about your ADHD, the challenges, barriers and strengths. Gain insights from the challenges, strengths, successes of others on a similar journey to yourself. You will stay on track as Michelle will keep you accountable of your progress and goals as will the group via the supportive relationships you will build. You will learn from your peers plus from Michelle strategies and solutions that have worked for those with ADHD. Groups are more cost effective than one to one coaching however Access to Work funding will be shared to be able to access funded one to one coaching via Michelle.

Michelle Shavdia is a specialist in ADHD within education, training and coaching. She has ADHD and was diagnosed as an adult at 37 years old. She has appeared on numerous podcasts and her business Find Your Spark has been nominated for a Start Up Award for supporting consumers in 2023.
