ADHD Mums Connect
About this Event
ADHD Mums Connect is a monthly meet up group for ADHD and AuDHD mums to come together, meet and find community. We meet on the first Tuesday of each month to talk openly without judgement about the challenges of parenting while also living with neurodivergence, and to help each other by signposting resources or just to feel more seen. Talking and sharing experiences just helps! Many of the mums who attend are not formally diagnosed as the path to diagnosis can be a long one, so we can be there for you as you take the steps on that journey. There is no need to join every month though many return, and we are always welcoming to new faces.
Please consider donating when you reserve your ticket if you are able to do so as we rely on donations to continue running ADHD Mums Connect meet ups. £10 really helps us both run the events and reach others as well. £5 covers the cost of attendance. We understand that financial issues are prohibitive, so please do not let finance be a barrier to attending. Please email [email protected] directly - judgement free - to reserve a free ticket.
3 hours of free parking is available at Sainsbury's on Westow Street, and babes in arms are welcome at meet ups too. Upper Norwood Library is a new venue for us so we will try to provide light refreshments, though recommend you bring a reusable coffee cup if you would like a hot beverage as we may not have time to complete both our meeting and the washing up!
