What can you expect?

This is an informal, monthly meetup at SipSin to give adults with ADHD the opportunity to meet likeminded people in a relaxed and friendly setting. Feel free to come along and share your ADHD experiences, discuss resources & day-to-day adjustments, or even just have a cup of coffee and a natter.

We'd love to take photos on the day of the group chatting (no close-ups, we promise). If you don't want to be included in any of the group shots, please let Hannah or Jess know on the day.

What time will the event be running?

We will be there from 1pm until around 3.00pm.

There's no pressure to arrive at 1pm or stay until the very end - feel free to come and go as you please.

Do you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?

No, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.

Community Guidelines

We ask that all members respect our community , if anyone makes you feel uncomfortable, please let one of the organisers know.

We will be using the majority of the venue so you should be able to see us, however, please ask at the bar if you're unsure and they can point you in the right direction.

How much will the event cost?

The event is £3 per person. Please buy a ticket before you arrive. This will cover future event costs and any surplus will enable us to host more events in the future!
