ADHD Connect Sefton Park- Walk & Talk

What can you expect?

This is an informal, monthly meetup to give adults with ADHD the opportunity to meet likeminded people in a relaxed and friendly setting. Feel free to come along and share your ADHD experiences, discuss resources & day-to-day adjustments, or even just have a natter.

We will be doing a loop of the park which should take around an hour and won't include any steps, if you would like to do a shorter walk then you can leave at whichever point suits you.

We'd love to take photos on the day of the group (no close-ups, we promise). If you don't want to be included in any of the group shots, please let Hannah or Jess know on the day.

What time will the event be running?

We will be at the cafe 'Oasis in the Park', please try and arrive at 13:00 (or earlier) so that we can all set off together. Hopefully we get sunshine on the day but we are hoping to walk no matter what the weather so please bring a umbrella/rain mac (just in case!).

Do you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?

No, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.

How much will the event cost?

For this particular event as it's not an indoor event, we have asked for an optional donation. Any money raised will cover future event costs and any surplus will enable us to host more events in the future!

Please note that you are welcome to bring dogs with you. If you would like to bring your dog, please be aware of attendees that you're walking with and just double check that they're OK with dogs.
