If you live with (or strongly relate to) both ADHD and binge eating, you’re not imagining the link—around 30% of people who struggle with binge eating are believed to also have ADHD. Things like impulsivity, dopamine-seeking, emotional overwhelm and executive function challenges can all impact your relationship with food. But most spaces focus on one or the other—this weekend is about exploring the intersection.
Join psychotherapist and author Sarah Dosanjh for a two-day, in-person workshop that blends psychoeducation, guided reflection, and supportive group sharing. You'll gain clarity, tools, and connection with others who really get it. The group is capped at 10 to keep it cosy, and the venue is a peaceful residential setting (with the occasional drop-in from Ottie and Ollie, the very emotionally intelligent cats 🐾).
