Move, breathe, and meditate through a 60-minute yoga practice, led by Krynne, while remaining fully seated in a chair. Accessible and supportive, chair yoga adapts traditional yoga poses (asanas) for limited mobility and increased stability. Class is open to all and will include breathwork (pranayama) and meditation to offer a low impact, well-rounded class experience to build strength, range of motion, and peace for for your body, mind, and spirit. Expect to feel centered, build gentle strength, increase flexibility, and cultivate mental clarity. A yoga mat is not needed. Chairs and yoga props are available at the studio. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in. $20 / $15 for members
