Summer Solstice Sound Journey and Gong Wash

On the first day of summer, the Sound Medicine Collective will offer a Sacred Sound Journey and Gong Wash at the Summer Solstice Market at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market. Participants will lay (or sit) and relax as healing vibrations of a wall of 15 Gongs, giant Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, drums, mantra, and more wash over you.

This is a FREE event for the community and you don’t want to miss it!

Participants must register in advance as there is limited space, and will need to bring a yoga mat and a blanket for the most comfortable experience that takes place in the second floor greenhouse at the Downtown Market on Sunday, June 21st 11:00am-12:00pm.

The Sound Medicine Collective is a partnership, between Adrienne White and Luke Andresen, to hold space through sound for seekers on the path to their own healing. They own the Collective Wellness Center in Benton Harbor, MI. and offer a variety of sound journeys at their studio as well as yoga and music festivals and sacred spaces around the country.
