Step Into Your Light This Summer

Inspired by the approaching summer solstice, we are offered the opportunity to ask ourselves: what are we actually carrying into this season? What do we want to leave behind?
This is the time of year when everything outside is in abundant expression and yet it's easy to feel small and limited by all the noise and busyness of our daily lives. This evening is a space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what actually matters to you before the summer takes hold.
Join us for an intentional evening of grounding, connection, movement, and reflection — designed to help you arrive, exhale, and reclaim who you are.
This workshop includes:
