An evening to slow down and let your system land.A deeply restorative meditation and sound bath led by Chrystalina, designed to help you unwind, reset, and come back into your body. Through layered sound and guided presence, you’ll be supported into a state of deep rest and quiet.
Acupuncturist Stacey Kelsey will offer a small number of intentionally chosen acu-points to support nervous system balance and help the body settle, regulate, and more fully receive the experience.
An intimate space to soften, rest, and reconnect.
Stacey has been an active licensed Acupuncturist since graduating from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2009. She loves being a part of people’s healing paths and assisting them as their body changes.
Chrystalina is a former Boise local, decades deep bodyworker, doula, songstress and sound maker. She is fascinated by rib cages, the life cycle and liminal spaces. Also a deep believer in the power of healing through sound, connection and collaboration, she is deeply honored to be vibing with the Acu-Sound Experience!
