As winter’s stillness softens, spring rises with fresh momentum. Days lengthen, sap ascends, and energy bursts outward in new directions.
Spring is marked by the stirring of yang. Life, once hidden in the quiet soil, pushes upward with vision and vigor. The wood element teaches us to root deeply while reaching toward possibility, to be both flexible and directed, like branches guided by the light of the sun. This season calls us to awaken our inner sight, clarify intentions, and channel energy into growth.
In this workshop, we’ll orient ourselves to spring’s rising energy and set the conditions for easeful expansion. Clear stagnation through gentle, invigorating flow and warming breathwork. Explore practices that support the discernment and vision of the liver and gallbladder, and settle into meditation that illuminates your path forward.
You’ll leave refreshed and ready to welcome spring’s vitality and growth through this Vinyasa and Yin Yoga practice.
