Join sound facilitator Jessica Mihm and the ladies of Art of Acupuncture for a one-of-a-kind sound healing and meditation experience. This journey was designed to facilitate movement into the depths of your higher Self. Step away from the everyday hustle and journey into the Inner Sanctum to cultivate the peace, space, and inspiration within you.
*The experience will include very tiny acupuncture needles in the ear, face, and feet to anchor the body and calm the mind. Anyone can opt-out of the needles altogether or say no to certain parts of the body being needled.
A bolster and blanket will be provided so that you can rest comfortably.
