Audrey begins with leading us through some breathwork to slow the mind and ground the nervous system: visualization during this portion as well, poems read throughout the meditation and essential oils are used to engage the senses.The group will then be lead through some gentle acupressure sequences that you can do on yourself to relax, unwind, breathe deeper and reconnect with your body and innate intuition.
