Combining the healing vibrations of sound healing with the harmonizing power of acupuncture, you will be taken on a journey of relaxation, restoration and resonant alignment. This deeply relaxing acu-soundjourney is an opportunity to create space for healing
and wellness.

Relax as our house acupuncturist, Dr. Ashley Barandiaran, stimulates specific points on your body and ears for nervous system regulation and tension relief while cozied up with cushions on a yoga mat.

Amy Freeman, our sound healing guide, will offer a symphony of sounds curated by crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, planetary gong, drums, chimes and tuning forks during your acu-rest.
The ancient art of Acupuncture combined with Sound Therapy will decrease your daily stress, release anxiety and tension held in the physical body while calming the mind and enhancing productivity.
