Body-Energy-Mind-Spirit collaborative experience of Acupuncture, Reiki and therapeutic Yoga. These ancient wisdom traditions teach us to honor and flow with the seasons.
Acupuncturist Dr. Colleen Curran of Zen Path Wellness will place small acupuncture tacks to honor the Spring season, the Wood element, Gallbladder and Liver meridians.
Master Reiki Practitioner Marilyn Roman of Aster Healing will provide community and individual Reiki during our 90 minute session.
Certified Yoga Therapist Jayme Nagle of Heart Space Yoga Therapy will offer guidance in gentle movements, static yoga postures and a Loving Kindness Meditation. Options and plenty of props, including chairs will be provided to ensure support.
This experience will offer an opportunity to:
Explore gentle movements and postures that nourish fascia, muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Be held in a space that fosters a sense of compassion and calm to encourage a release of frustration.
The combination of services encourage creativity, growth, birth of new ideas and clarity.
