Join Nancy Clough 500 RYT Reiki Master in a Reiki infused practice. Slow down to prepare the body with held asanas (poses) of Yin at the wall. Experience the wall as a prop for yoga using it to support your body to enhance relaxation and stability. Practice breath awareness and techniques (pranayama) for the mind for overall well being. All levels are welcome. Please dress comfortably and be open to receive touch with hands-on assists.
