Experience a restorative sound healing journey using instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes to calm the nervous system, release stress, and promote deep relaxation.
Erica Nguyen is a certified sound practitioner and yoga teacher who shares transformative sound medicine with diverse communities. She is the founder of Sound Healing Project and is passionate about creating inclusive, grounding spaces for rest and reconnection.

It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat, but if you need one, the library can also provide it. Additionally, please feel free to bring blankets, pillows, and an eye mask.
This program will be held in the Steve Silver Music Room on the 4th floor of the Main Library.
