Active Consciousness Meditation is an ancient and very powerful chakra clearing meditation. This practice involves a blend of rhythmic fast breathing and meditation on the seven main chakras. The process cleanses the energy channels, washes out hidden emotions, blockages, and/or old hurts and activates the chakras, which raise your level of consciousness. This makes your body blissful and results in a feeling of wholeness. It allows you to experience deep states of being, that normally would be accessible only after days of long and intense meditation.

ABOUT PUNNU SINGH WASU

Punnu was born and raised in Hyderabad, India into a family that has a true love for kirtan and spirituality. From an early age he was interested in learning and practicing meditations and various other holistic healing modalities. He has studied with different masters in ashrams, yoga & meditation schools all over India and other countries. He shares his vast knowledge and rich experience of more than 35 years in his meditation classes, workshops and trainings globally.
