Active Aging Week

Join us for a week long celebration of healthy aging and staying active and involved!
Wellness includes much more than physical fitness, and this fall we are celebrating all the different aspects of living well and aging well during Active Aging Week. Observed October 5-9, Active Aging Week is a worldwide campaign launched by the International Council of Active Aging to promote the benefits of healthy aging and lifestyles.
We are offering daily activities and educational sessions addressing dimensions of wellness including physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social. These events will be free and open to the community at large. Registration is required for some events.
