Activate the Light Within with Lauren Rosenzweig

Activate the light within is about holding space for you to rest your body and cultivate a deep sense of ease allowing your innate healing to take place.

Lauren will give the group reiki and combine sound with crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and drum. Light language will also be incorporated throughout the journey.

These three healing modalities weave beautifully together creating a powerful activation within the body, mind and soul.

Description of light language: Channeled language that is understood on a soul level and bypasses the mind. It adjusts to the resonance of each person's vibrational needs in the moment, initiating, clearing, balancing, activating and aligning with a new vibration of wellbeing.

Description of energy healing: Healing techniques that gently clear stored traumas, stagnation, emotional blocks within the body and tissues. Energy healing restores the body, mind, and spirit back to natural balance and overall wellbeing.

Description of sound healing: The vibration of the bowls takes you into a meditative state. The sound healing waves penetrate on a cellular level resetting cellular patterns and bring harmony and balance to your body and soul.

As a certified Reiki Master, Advanced IET Practitioner, and Munay‑Ki Shamanic Practitioner, I blend deep knowledge of energetic systems with intuitive guidance.

My journey into healing led me to train in sound healing, vocal therapy, Ayurveda, and natural medicines—all central to my transformative approach. For nearly a decade, I’ve been channeling light language, a vibrational transmission that transcends words to spark profound energetic shifts.

I hold private sessions and lead group gatherings, always cultivating a safe, nurturing environment where deep healing and self‑discovery can unfold. I believe true healing occurs when we reconnect with our essence, release what no longer serves us, and step into our highest potential.
