Introduction to Acting Foundations
This two-hour workshop is an opportunity to experience for yourself what it feels like to train in a method =-style acting class designedfor the super shy. And if you like it, it is your first step into Actorium’s Foundations of Acting path.
The Foundations Intro centres on presence, authenticity, and experiencing. Through guided exercises, you’ll explore what it means to work with self-consciousness, open emotionally, and connect truthfully with yourself and others.
Working with Actorium’s core areas of study—Public Solitude, Emotional Opening, and the Meisner Technique—you’ll begin to identify your inner blocks, soften them, and discover a clearer, more grounded sense of self in your work.
This workshop supports beginners, returning actors, the supernaturally shy, and anyone seeking deeper presence in both life and performance.
