ACS FREE Evening Zumba Classes

Please note that attendees will be required to make a donation of £2 minimum per session.

For five sessions only, come along and learn a variety of steps including salsa and meringue in a fun and inclusive environment. Suitable for complete beginners.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Have improved and built up co-ordination skills
• Know how to tone up and how to work on a variety of stretches to enhance flexibility and strength
• Dance different routines to a variety of music
• Have increased cardio energy levels
