Join us for an energizing and fun filled AcroYoga class every Tuesday! AcroYoga or as we call it, Acro, is a fusion of Partner Acrobatics, Yoga, and Restorative Movement, and it's a great way to build strength, flexibility, and trust.
In this class, you'll learn the basics of Acro as you practice partner poses, acrobatic sequences, and even some therapeutic flying.
Our instructors will guide you through each movement and ensure that you feel safe and supported throughout the class.
No partner or experience is required, just an open mind and a willingness to try something new!
We look forward to flying with you!
The age is 18 and up. Exceptions can be made with prior approval.
This class is taught by Acro Alliance at Calvary Baptist Recreation Center in Lexington KY.
