Welcome to Acroyoga Intermediate Classes in London, near Angel Station. Join us for a fun and challenging session designed to support your progression. Whether you’re new to acroyoga or looking to refine and advance your skills, our experienced instructors will guide you through a range of poses and sequences.

Don’t miss this opportunity to build strength, improve balance and flexibility, and connect with others in a supportive community.

Each session includes a 1-hour class followed by a 30mins - 1-hour guided practice. Class duration may vary slightly depending on the week’s content but will be at least one hour.
