🌬 The Flow We Seek
When focus sharp and heart is still,
When body moves with breath and will,
When balance, trust, and grace align—
You step into a state divine.
No need to force, no need to chase,
The magic lives in time and space.
We co-create, we rise, we grow—
In motion shared, we learn to Flow.

We’ll twist and turn, we’ll base and fly,
We’ll reach for stars, we’ll touch the sky.
With strength and skill as we progress,
We’ll flow through shapes with light finesse.
Washing Machines, in steady spin,
Transitions, where the flows begin.
And if we dare, and trust runs deep—
We’ll Pop, we’ll Whip, we’ll soar, we’ll leap!
This class is best for those who know
How Star and Side Star work and flow.
Not for the brand new acro pup—
But if you’ve played, then step it up!

Mathias, teacher, flyer, base—
He’s roamed the Earth to find this grace.
From Thailand’s shores to Rishikesh,
He’s trained in yoga’s ancient flesh.
In Bali, Spain, and Mexico,
He’s let the acro current flow.
With science mind and artist’s heart,
He’s taught and traveled, played his part.

– Hatha Yoga, India, ’17
– Vancity Acro, Mexican scene
– Thai Yoga Touch in 2020
– Partner Acro (Spain had plenty)
– Third Dan Taekwondo since ‘13—
His path’s as wide as it has been keen.
