Get ready for a weekend full of spinny transitions, graceful flows, and playful energy with two inspiring teachers – Manas and Gabi! This workshop offers Intermediate AcroYoga L-basing and will help you sharpen your technique and have a blast while doing it 🤸♂️

What to Expect:
Manas is an internationally traveling AcroYoga teacher known for his creative flow transitions. He brings a fresh perspective and the latest techniques from around the world.
Gabi has been teaching in Stockholm since 2009 and is a beloved community leader with a passion for spinny machines and Icarian pops. She creates a space full of laughter, connection, and fun.
Together, they'll lead you through a mix of smooth transitions, fun challenges, and shared joy. No partner or experience needed – we’ll train in groups of three (base, flyer, spotter), so everyone is welcome. 🤸♀️

Saturday, September 6
13:00–16:00 – Spinny Flow Transitions (Side Star & Star)
16:20–19:00 – Icarian Flow (linked moves with Icarian and flowy transitions – ultimate fun)
All of Saturday's workshops are held at the Hornstull venue.
Sunday, September 7
10:00–14:00 – The most fun Washing Machines
16:00–18:00 – Icarian Flow continues!
All the Sunday workshops are held at the Thorildsplan venue

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations before September 1 will be refunded 70%.
Cancellations after September 1 are non-refundable, but your ticket is transferable to another person.
