Who wants to join us for more acroyoga in 2026?
We’re continuing with weekly classes, but with a little twist. Next year we’re offering three classes at different levels, so you can train with people who are working on similar skills. It's usually more interesting to practice with people that are working on similar progressions as you are. That makes it more fun and save for everybody.
MONDAYS @ Hermeshallen
kl. 18:00–20:00: Advanced level. Prereqs: 2+ years of experience, mono reverse star, pick-pocket.

kl. 20:00–21:30: (Almost) Open Level. Good if you’re familiar with Bird, Throne and Star.

kl. 18:15–20:15: Intermediate level. Prereqs: 1+ year of experience, flows like Ninjastar and Four-Step.

As the darker season approaches, we believe it’s more important than ever to move, play and stay connected. We always aim to create a space where you can push yourself physically while feeling safe and supported by the people around you.
If you’re unsure which class fits you best, feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to help.
A quick heads-up: For the Tuesday class, we might move from Skolen ved Bülowsvej in Frederiksberg to Nørrebrohallen. We’ll keep you updated as soon as the location is confirmed.
Spring Season 2026
5th of january - 12th of may
• Full 4-month course: 1900 kr
• Student price: 1600 kr
You can buy a "klippekort" for 10 times for 1200 dkk (or for students 1000 dkk) - this option only exists for intermediate & advanced. We will focus on progressions in our "open level" class on mondays and our experience has shown that it doesn't work so well to have people dropping in and out at that point in their acroyoga career :-)
