This Class is only for MOVE, if you wish to join the workshop at 20-22, you need to ONLY sign up for the MOVE+WORKSHOP event in the calendar.
IGNITE is all about reconnecting with yourself, awaken your senses, and feel every inch of your presence.
Why? Because when you feel deeply connected in your own skin, everything else in life - especially playing with others - gets a whole lot more juicy.
MOVE is one hour of sliding out of your head and sinking into your body through a guided space for movement, dance sensuality and somatic understanding.
We aim to infuse more deliciousness into the movement space - because what’s special about House of Play is that you are fully encouraged and allowed to feel, sense, express, and move with your sexual energy and really sense yourself, your emotions and what’s alive in you - and we want to make more room for that.
You will experience various skilled embodiment facilitators throughout the month which mean that no MOVE class or WORKSHOP is the same, so we encourage you to make IGNITE your go-to Tuesday ritual for movement, presence, embodiment, play and connection.
MOVE with Björn Alex Marcus: Expect contact improv and contemporary flow.
MOVE with Signe Frydenlund: Expect focus on couples dance and interaction.
MOVE with Hülya Vandborg: Expect embodiment practice through Yin Yoga and Fascial Flow.
MOVE with Loa: Expect seeds of contemporary dance, somatic movement, and contact improvisation with knowledge drawn from body-based psychotherapy.
The IGNITE Tuesdays look like this:
18.30-19.30 MOVE (free for members, 125 kr non-members)
20.00-22.00 WORKSHOP (free for members, 250 kr for Move+Workshop non-members)
Bring clothes you can move freely in and a water bottle with a lid.
