Hi, join us for some acroyoga and standing acrobatics every Sunday! This week we meet until 19:00! 16:30-19:00 Jam open to all levels
📍During the winter we have the Kultursal Vitalitetsenteret Frivilligsentral in Møhlenpris at our disposal for free (it's the first room on the right when you enter the building - if the main door is closed, go around the building and you’ll find a door on your left side, just knock). https://maps.app.goo.gl/PLvahGTfZP4Wn1ML9
☀️ When the weather is nice, we meet at Nygårdsparken close to the main fountain.

🤸 Any level of experience with acroyoga is welcome! If you are a newbie, you can learn the basics with us!
👕 You don’t need to bring anything, if we meet inside, just wear comfortable clothes!
If we meet at the park, bring a yoga mat (if you have one)!
Jams are informal gatherings to practice (without teaching) where we organize ourselves. If you have a flow or poses you would like to practice, bring them in and we'll try to play with them! 🙂
