Want to try out Acro Yoga?You've come to the right place!
***Beginners Class***
Come along to our Monday night class where we teach you everything you need to know about acroyoga with no prior experience or equipment required. You can come by yourself but feel free to bring a friend if you like 🙂
***What does it cost?***
The class and the jams are run entirely by donations. We need these donation to keep the doors open and appreciate anything and everything you're willing to give. A common donation amount is $10 for a class & $5 for a jam session.

***What to expect?***
Every week we get around 20-40 people who show up and join in.
First we'll warm up as a group, then we'll guide you through a series of beginner friendly tricks and poses. The class will be customised to fit your level of ability and you can work at whatever pace you're comfortable with.

Walk down the driveway along the blue fence and turn left. The hall is inside the school, just past the playground.

Please wear sports appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle and gym towel.
