The ones that still want to play, be seen, feel safe and belong.
Through embodied practices and simple partner work, we’ll explore:
✨ What your inner child may still be carrying
✨ How to bring more joy and fun into your life
✨ What that part of you needs in connection
✨ How those early experiences shape how you show up with others now
We’re not analysing or digging into the past—just creating space to notice what's alive in you today.
There might be some laughter. Maybe a few tears. And of course, play and connection.
