We’re coming together for two inspiring days of AcroYoga, movement, and community in the beautiful city of Bern. This retreat is not just about practice — it’s about connection, creativity, and enjoying a weekend full of play and exploration.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your Acro practice, get creative with movement, or simply spend time in a vibrant, supportive space, this retreat is for you. Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience dedicated training sessions, playful challenges, and creative flow practices.

- Strength and flexibility work to support your practice
- Handstand training and progression
- Dynamic transitions and creative movement combinations

To finish off the retreat, we’ll enjoy dinner together at a local restaurant (meal not included), followed by a relaxed movie night in a cozy home atmosphere — the perfect way to celebrate our shared experience.
