Acre Palm presents SPRINT & BURN a one-of-a-kind fitness experience that combines high-energy sprint intervals and HIIT workouts with a beautiful twist.

It all takes place indoors @ Lea Valley Indoor Athletics Centre

Introducing Sprint + Burn: AP’s newest indoor track session, weekly Monday's at 7:00pm, blending the two worlds of strength and conditioning.

Please arrive for 19:30 to start on time

Whether you're crushing PB’s on the track or glowing after your workout, this is a celebration of strength, self-care and community. Great for maintaining over the winter or if just want to try something new.

A big part of what we do is make sure that we train together as we find that supporting each other is far better than competing with each other. This is embeded in our community ethos. So we ecourage everyone to spread the word so we can continue to have a class for of good energy and like minded people.

Info: Get yourself checked in snd familiar with the space. We are give ample amount of time so that we can start in good timing. We advise to also use this time to warm up.
