ACO's annual conference is back for 2026, taking place on 17 September at BMA House, London.

Supported by CCLA, the flagship event brings together charity leaders, managers and frontline staff from across the sector for a day of shared learning, open discussion and genuine connection. Because we're more, together.

This year's theme is Stronger together, shaping the future of charity support. The day will include:

• Ready for what's next - the major trends shaping charities supporting individuals
• Panel session - what does the next era of charity services look like?
• Plenty of networking with peers from across the sector
• Breakout discussion: The future beneficiary - how will the needs of the people we support change over the next five to ten years?
• No one left behind - keeping support accessible in a digital world

• How can AI give staff more time to be human? - lessons from the frontline

We'll also be hosting our 2026 Annual Awards, celebrating achievement and impact across the ACO network.
