Achieving positive wellbeing and mental health on a budget!How can you attain a ‘healthy mind platter’ and experience improved wellbeing? What can you do daily to help improve your mental health and wellbeing? What can you do when you notice a decline in your wellbeing? Find out all you need to know and where you need to go if you ever need to reach out in this relaxed and informative session with Rachel.
Young people and adults are welcome although if wishing to access the exchange afterwards, Young people must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
This session is delivered by Rachel, a Wellbeing and Meditation Coach and Instructor and former Social Worker and Mental Health Practitioner from Mind Alive.
