Info: This panel will dive into the essentials of building a successful career in healthcare leadership. Panelists will outline the practical steps emerging leaders can take—both within their organizations and across their professional networks—to prepare for advancement. Discussion topics will include the competencies and skills most critical to the future of healthcare, the value of interprofessional education, and the role of mentorship, coaching, and sponsorship in guiding leaders to the next stage of their careers.
