UTC+09:30Location
Darwin Convention Centre, Waterfront Precinct, Darwin, NT, Australia, Northern Territory | Darwin, NT
DAAF Foundation endeavours to make our events inclusive for all to enjoy. We recognise that DAAF can be a busy and noisy space at times, so we are introducing a daily "Calm Hour" which aims to provide a low-sensory experience to improve accessibility for our visitors 1 hour before we open to the general public.
Guests who are living with a disability and require a low-sensory environment, or who need additional space for wheelchair access and ease of mobility, are warmly invited to join us from 9 - 10 am each morning of the Fair.
Accessibility at DAAF
DAAF Foundation are committed to making all of our events welcoming and accessible for all to enjoy.
Our venues are wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking spaces, walkways, bathrooms and flexible seating arrangements.
We will also have an Accessibility Liaison available, and are proud to offer accessible seating and Companion Card tickets for our events.
If you have any enquiries, or specific accessibility needs you would like to share with us, please let us know when you purchase your tickets. You can contact our friendly team by emailing [email protected] or calling us on (08) 8981 0576.
Accessibility Hour
The daily 'Accessibility Hour' is also available, providing a low-sensory experience from 9.00am-10.00am each morning of the Fair, before we open to the general public.
