ABWA Women of Magnitude July Monthly Luncheon

Join us in July as we welcome Cassie Beer, Director of the Women’s Fund at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne, for an insightful discussion on Women in the Workplace.

Drawing from the Women’s Fund’s Economic Security Initiative, Cassie will share key findings about the economic realities facing women in Allen County and the lessons learned through years of research, community engagement, and advocacy. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities impacting women in our workforce and community, along with practical insights into how organizations, leaders, and individuals can help create a stronger and more equitable future.

Cassie has been part of the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne since 2021 and leads the Women’s Fund’s efforts to advance economic security for women and girls throughout our region. Her passion for advocacy, research, and systems-level change drives initiatives that address barriers to opportunity and elevate the voices of women in our community.

Cassie holds a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from Purdue Fort Wayne and was recognized as a 2023 Fort Wayne Magazine Person of the Year and a 2024 Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly 40 Under 40 recipient. Beyond her professional work, Cassie is a dedicated advocate for accessibility and disability rights, serving on the board of the WindSwell Foundation.
