August is showing off.
The tomatoes are arrogant.
The peaches are impossible to eat elegantly.
The zucchini have become a public shock.
Everything is ripe, generous, and slightly excessive.
Including us.
This is a celebration of late summer abundance.
The kind that smells like warm evenings.
The kind that stains your fingers with berries.
The kind that arrives as a full pantry, tired legs from swimming, unexpected friendships, a good laugh, a favourite bench in the sun, and a body that has collected stories.
Before autumn arrives with its plans, ambitions, and sensible shoes, let's enjoy what is already here.
BRING SOME FRUITS,A SNACK, OR SOMETHING DELICIOUS TO SHARE.
Together we'll build a harvest table of snack & emotions.
THE EVENING INCLUDES:
- 5 minutes of breathwork to make space
- An Emotional Intelligence exercise exploring pleasure, abundance, and the radical possibility that maybe, just maybe, you already have enough
- A card game designed for stories, surprises, and inappropriate amounts of laughter
- Optional dancing for those whose happiness leaks into their feet
- A final collective flop onto the floor, where we digest both food and life
Come fill your winter emotional pantry with:
a few good memories,
a couple of ridiculous stories,
a handful of gratitude,
and enough belly laughter to survive February.
