You are invited to connect inward, set intentions for the year ahead, and welcome a sense of calm clarity that lingers long after the session ends. Set in Wardian’s serene sky lounge, this morning sound healing experience is designed to help you reset, realign, and begin the year feeling grounded, clear, and renewed. Sound healing is a passive place for you to receive vibration. You can just get comfortable and lie down to allow yourself to release anything that needs to be let go, tap into higher consciousness and open yourself up to deep peace.The session is followed by a complementary juice from Supershakes, to leave you feeling refreshed and energised for the day.

What to expect:

• 9:30am - Arrival and settling-in period
• 10:00am - Session to begin
• 11:00am - Session to be completed, time to enjoy your complementary Supershakes juice
• 11:15am - Enjoy 15% off your total bill when you stay to join us for brunch

Please bring your own yoga or exercise mat.
You are also very welcome to bring blankets, cushions, eye pillows, or any other items to help you feel comfortable and supported during the session.

Please note that this sound healing experience is not suitable for guests who are in their first or third trimester of pregnancy, or for anyone with a pacemaker. This guidance is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all participants.

No prior experience is needed; simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
