Abilities Dance Boston Performance highlighting BIPOC & disabled honorees April 25 & 26, 2025

Abilities Dance Boston presents the fourth iteration of our Intersections series: highlighting BIPOC and disabled honorees past and present April 25 & 26 2025. This year only our April 26th show will be livestreamed. This year in particular all of our living honorees are black and trans/queer to really highlight the further intersectional nature of their lives and communities impacted by their work and advocacy. Our honorees this year are Finn Gardiner Aubrey Smalls Harmony Matthews T.S. Banks and Tom Wiggins. We are thrilled to bring their interviews and research of their journeys to life through music and movement while connecting their life stories to bills on the MA state floor. Artistic director/choreography is led by Founder/Executive & Artistic Director Ellice Patterson. Musical composition is created by Director Music & Operations Andrew Choe. Dancers for this production are: Cassandre Charles Linda Lin Claire Lane Dara Capley and Aiden Marshall.
