Join me for a grounding yet expansive yoga retreat inspired by the vastness of the sea, the openness of the sky, and the inner journey of the soul. The retreat will feature dynamic flows inspired by the rising sun and the ocean's energy, guided coastal walks, sky-gazing meditation, ocean-inspired breathwork, and evening restorative yoga & yoga nidra. The space will be natural, light, and airy with soft blues, sandy beiges, and cloud whites. Fresh, nourishing meals featuring coastal ingredients will be provided, and optional extras such as massages and treatments will be available for deeper relaxation.
