Nyasa - ‘to place’ / Vi - ‘in a special or sacred way’This 3-hour morning workshop will work with breath-led movement and sequences of postures based upon the principle of vinyasa krama. It also include an exploration of the bandhas and the maha mudra, plus an extended yoga nidra relaxation.
