Aberdeen Dark Side Tour

As the daylight fades and the stones of Castle Street begin to hold their shadows, Aberdeen starts to whisper a different kind of story. One of secrets, scandals and darker moments that time hasn’t quite erased.

On Saturday 18 April 2026, step out of the ordinary and into the city’s past with the Aberdeen Dark Side Tour. We’ll meet at The Wig, Castle Street, at 4pm, and walk a route rich in tales of crime, punishment and intrigue, finishing at The Tollbooth at approximately 5.30pm.

All proceeds go to CHAS (Children’s Hospices Across Scotland), a remarkable charity that provides care and support for children with life‑shortening conditions and their families when they need it most.

An evening walk, a good cause and a side of Aberdeen you may never have seen before!
