Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District staff will review and discuss the status, design, and implementation of Increment 3 of the federally-funded Flood Protection Project.
Increment 3 includes building about 5,000 feet of floodwall and trail along the west bank of the Napa River to protect hundreds of homes and businesses from 100-year flood levels.
