AAUW Coachella Valley Luncheon

The American Association of University Women (AAUW), Coachella Valley Branch, will host its Annual Final Luncheon on Friday, April 18 at 11:30 a.m. at the Palm Valley Country Club.

The program will feature Deputy Chief Kyle Stjerne of the Palm Springs Police Department, a 23-year veteran who will speak on the evolving role of women in law enforcement and the increasing use of technology in modern policing. Known for his leadership and commitment to mentorship, Stjerne is passionate about supporting and advancing women in public safety.

In addition to the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to vote for new club officers and enter for a chance to win a special gift basket. Proceeds from the event will help send local girls from the Coachella Valley to STEM camps this summer. The luncheon includes a Patty Melt with side salad, beverages, and chocolate cake for dessert. Cost is $35.
