AA# 4141 Leadership the Lasso Way! Climate & Culture (07874)

This workshop will draw on leadership lessons from the popular show Ted Lasso. While many of the lessons come from quotes and experiences, it does not focus on the need to have viewed the program. The facilitator will use these lessons to show how visibility, vulnerability, and belief in the power of an organization can yield high results in achievement, climate, and culture.

Since the pandemic, district administrative roundtable discussions have focused on the need to care for our educators and support staff in the areas of health and wellness, while creating stronger teams at their best for the students we serve. Engaging in difficult conversations meant to create a growth mindset and invite change will also be discussed.

This academy takes that feedback into account while embedding true leadership lessons that can be shared with staff and strategies for implementation immediately. This academy will focus on strategies for staff members, administration, and the students we serve. Let's have some fun along the way! This will be unlike any academy you have ever attended.
